Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Paid for services and photos and have nothing.
I was married Oct 2001. Almost one year later I have no photos and it seems that the photographer has lost my number. I left a message asking about my photos, most recently May 2002. Still no reply from him. I am wanting to get my money back and my negatives, but I am not to sure how to go about it. Can you help?

It looks like you are going to have to take him to small claims court. Go to the courthouse in the county of HIS residence; they have the forms.
