I purchased a trip for 2409.00 but my passport didn't arrive on time so i could go on trip. I was told by company and airlines that I had a 3 month window to use ticket, but when my passport arrived and i called back company they stated that in order to go on trip i had to pay addtion 1500.00 and they would give me a 800.00 credit on trip.I didn't use the trip nor will they accommadate what so ever. can i sue them for my money back or the trip i don't thats fair i gave them money and didn't receive my product.

Re: paying for aservice i did not receive
We do not know the terms of your agreement when you bought the ticket. Review the paperwork, and/or airline terms and conditions. It is not enough to say you did not receive the "product" - presumably they were not the cause of your passport troubles.

Assuming you had a written agreement, its terms will control. Consult with a local attorney.
