Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I want to know if i can persue a law suite due to the fact my son and I opened a 4 pack of fruit cups with mold (appeared to look like white guaze with brown stuff on it almost like dried blood) and one cup had no syrup and or the fruit was dried out and mushy stuck to the plastic cup. the paper carton has brown stains on it( which the cups where sealed in). as well as a horrible smell! i have contacted the company as well where i purchased the item. it was a variety pack of 16. my two sons has eaten 13 cups there are three remaining only because of what we have discovered.

You failed to tell us about any actual damages you suffered? If you are asking whether getting some bad food that causes no real damage is an opportunity to file a lawsuit and get a big check, of course not.
Unless anyone actually died or was seriously hurt, of course not.
If you go to the store they will give you a refund and maybe some coupons.
