Is there way, possibly a loophole, to get out of a dish network contract for unsatisfactory services without having to pay the $300 cancellation fee?

The answer depends on the wording of your contract, what is wrong with the service, how you gave notice of the problem, and what they did or did not do in response, none of which you have posted.
