Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Power of Attorney
What do I need to do to give my husband power of attorney for purchasing a car from a dealership in FL? We live in GA and I can't drive to FL with him to sign the purchasing agreement/paper work and I want to be a co-owner.

Re: Power of Attorney
Dealerships use powers of attorney all the time. They usually keep a supply of blanks on hand. Call them and tell them your situation and ask them to send you one.
