Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I, a private party put a piece of furniture on craigslist I enter into a wiritten agreement on 11-2 and the buyer wants to back out Must I dissolve the agreement?

No one here know the terms of the agreement, and you did not bother to tell us. That means you can't get a response. Aside from that, what exactly is the issue worth to you if the other person does walk away?
