Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

Is it legal to enter consumer in a drawing for a free vehicle when they sign up for service with our company. Or do we have to allow them to enter drawing without signing up for our service. No contract is involved.

Contests are very complex and you MUST see a lawyer. In general, requiring a purchase is not allowed, and you must have a method to enter without purchases. But do not even think of conducting this without a lawyer.
