having problem with my home security monitor provided
I am having problem with my home security monitor provided. these are my issues
1. I have payed the for over year not knowing that there are no connection between my home and there station.
2. they said that I sign up for three year contract.
3. they are sending me bills knowing that they are not monitoring my home.
4. they indicated that they wanted to give me discount and I refuse it (which is not true.
5. I was mislid.
6. I want to know if you can help me get out of this problem and be able to find another security company that can protect my family.
7. at this point am scared to death of knowing that my family and i are sleeping in a house that is not monitor.
8. please tell me what to do.
