Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Product return
I purchased an online store service and could not get it to work for me so I cancelled it within just a few hours. Now the company is saying I am not entitled to a refund of the fee I paid. Isn't their a consumer protection law that allows a person to get their money back if the service is cancelled within 24 hours? Thank you.

Unfortunately, you may be thinking of the 3-day cancellation law, which only applies to certain contracts, such as unsolicited contracts, e.g., door-to-door salesmen.
