Property rights, contract law?

Hi, and thanks in advance for the help!

On the 7th of this month I turned 21 and told my dad that I was now a man, and that I would no longer take drug tests for him. He has decided to stop giving me any sort of financial support; stop paying for college [University of Georgia, go dawgs!], my rent for my apartment, food, anything. He and my mother came and took my car and told me that movers would be coming to take everything that I own. Can he legally do all this? If he pays for something but then tells me that I can have it, doesn't it become mine? By trying to take all these things back isn't he violating my property rights? Also, my name is on the contract for the apartment but he is tied to it in financial terms. I have a roommate and the apartment complexes don't allow subleasing. So I can continue to live in the apartment, as a guest of my roommates, and not have to pay rent? I am going to try to make some money, finish this semester, and then go back when I have myself on my feet. My father is VERY wealthy and supporting me is no issue.

Apparently your parents feel that enabling an addiction is an issue. They probably hope that you will prove that they were wrong about the need for the drug tests. The rest is up to you.
