Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
purchase of rings
I recently purchased a set of wedding rings from a woman needing money for a divorce. I have a receipt for the items that was witnessed. She is now wanting to purchase them back. I have already promised them to my girlfriend and they are in the process of being reset. Where do I stand legally?
