Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Purchase of a vehicle
When you purchase a used vehicle do you have 3 days in which to change your mind - for instance on the next day you find that there is something wrong with the transmission and you don't want to keep it? What procedures would you use if this is true to see this happens?

Re: Purchase of a vehicle
There is no such law, assuming you purchased the car from a lot. It may depend on the excact language of any deal, but there is no "cooling off" period, or right to change your mind.
