Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
i purchased a used car in atlanta ga. i wanted to take the car back because of the high insurance I cant afford the car. they told me no. the sales associate told me to add me to my mothers policy. I told him I don't live with her. he said to just have a room with some of my stuff in it. I told him this was insurance fraud...is this legal?
