Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I purchased a car from a dealership. The dealership sold my loan. While doing repairs to my car the new lien holder placed a GPS and engine kill switch on my car without my permission. After the fact, I received papers in the mail for me to sign and give them permission. I still have the contract and never signed it. What can I do?

If their loan papers did not permit it (and some now do), you may have grounds to sue. See a lawyer. Obviously don't sign what they sent you without legal advice.
