Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

I purchased 2 cars from National Auto Sales in Marietta, GA I was not able to continue paying on a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica, the car broke down in Nov 2009. I did continue to pay up until June of this year, I wrote the dealership and informed of them were they could pick up car. Well it turned out to be a big mess, however 2nd car 2000 Chrysler 300m was paid off and now we are told we cannot have title for 300m since wife and my name are on both cars and because i owe $4000 on Pacifica. Now cars were financed 2 years apart so not on same contract, is the legal?

We haven't seen your contracts to see if they are cross collateralized, so there is no way to answer you. If they are teh answer is yes. If not the answer is no.

But either way you have a looming disaster, as they can sue you for the $4000, and seize the car towards the debt when they win (as well as your paycheck and bank accounts).

You need to have seen a lawyer back in June, 2009. See one now.
