Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

I purchased(financed) a car from a local dealer in September 2016, three days after I left the lot I couldn't start the car. I was told it had something to do with the alarm system shutting down. I contacted the dealer who I bought it from and they told me to have it towed or when I get it started to take it to a Ford dealership. About 4 days later finally got it started, and drove it to a Ford dealer. It has been there since ! Here I am 3-4 months later and no car. I've HAD TO BARROW CARS FROM FRIENDS AND CAR POOL ALL THIS TIME ,IT'S BEEN A HEADACHE. Every time I contact the ford Mechanic he gives me a different day/ month. The owner of the dealership I got it from its making ma make the payments on it until I get it back , however they are just deferring the payments, so I will still eventually I still have to make those payments. Is there anyway I can get out of this car loan/ situation? I want to buy another car! Please help

If you bought the car used and it had an as is sticker, unless you got a warranty, the as is sticker is your government warning that means "THIS CAR MAY BE A LEMON AND YOU HAVE NO REMEDIES IF IT WON'T RUN." In that case, it was your choice to not get a warranty or buy the vehicle contingent on your mechanic looking it over, and you owe every payment, whether or not it runs. On your next car purchase, either buy a new car, a used car with a warranty, or a car you check out first.
