Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I purchased an infiniti g35 sedan from a ford deal in 2011. Ive been taken my car to a infiniti dealer since I had the car. I found out last week my car had an extension warranty on 06 g35 sedan / coupe models and I wasn't aware of the issue when purchasing the vehicle or during servicing at my local infiniti dealer. Friday Sept. 5 my car radiator fan became inoperable at the carwash and I watch the radiator fluid flow down the landscape. After getting my car towed back where it was in the beginning (bodywork shop) I did some research as to why my fan completely became inoperable all of a sudden and it was indeed a defect referring to the cooling fan system. After doing research, I found the info on a infiniti forum where individuals had the same issue and they received a notice. saturday morning (Sept.5) I called infiniti usa and they stated they did indeed have an extension warranty on this issue on these year/make/model car. Make this short I was denied even though I had no acknowledgment of this issue. They stated that my warranty expired March of last again (no acknowledgement of the issue). Infiniti USA stated that the extension warranty expired on September 8, 2014 or 100,000 miles the day my car got towed in and was denied because my car had 102,000 even though I beat the deadline which was Sept. 8th, now they don't want to fix the issue and wasn't my fault and I had no idea the extension warranty existed in the first place. Do I have a case?

From your post, probably not and it would likely cost you more in legal fees to pursue it. There are a few levels between the dealer and manufacturer. Find out why they are and keep calling and emailing, from the GM/Owner of the dealer on up the chain.
