Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I purchased a item online from a website for $409. They charged my credit card and sent me a order conformation. Two days later the web site sent me a email saying the price was a misprint and it's actually $469 and saying that I either have to A) pay the new price or B) accept a refund. Is what they are doing to me legal?

Generally yes. It's bad business and you should you should nevers hop with them again, but they can do it. Let them know you will never shop with them again unless they honor the price, and then take the refund if they don't agree with you.
Take the refund. Your money is green - its good anywhere. I would not want to do business with a company like this. While mis-prints happen, if they were aware of it they should have fixed it by now and they should honor the price. The fact that they are not doing so does not speak well of their business ethics.
