Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

Hello, I purchased a used Mazda 3 from a dealership on 17 april. While test driving it, one week before buying, I noticed a grind when shifting into third. The dealership agreed to fix it. I went ahead and traded in my Dodge Charger and bought the Mazda. I drove the Mazda for 9 days before we could both agree on a time to drop it off at their shop. I dropped the car off on 26 april, it is now 20 may and my car is still in their shop. They gave us a junk company car with food and drink all over the inside and reeked of mold. After 3 weeks I demanded a non-disgusting car and they gave us a better car. However the entire time their manager has been rude, very against helping us at all. I am making payments on a junk car that I have had only nine days of the 39 we have owned it. Is there anyway for me to give them back the car and get out of the loan?

You failed to tell us the most important details - the terms of your contract with them. Without that, no one can give you an answer. Your issues should have been addressed in any contract before you purchased, or you should have never bough the car until it was fixed to your satisfaction and inspected by an independent mechanic. As far as the loaner car, what are the terms of any contract that requires them to give you one at all, much less one as clean as you want it. Loaners are generally a courtesy, not an entitlement, but again, you don't tell us the terms of any contract.
