Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I purchased a motorcycle new from a dealer 2 weeks ago. They lured me in real good and now I'm paying a loan for $10k for a bike that retails at $5500. I can't trade it in, I can't return it to the store, I can't sell it. I'm stuck with a bike I don't want for 6 years. I received the paperwork yesterday and my consumer installment contract hasn't been signed and initialled. There is also a part number that was added to my financing for $1300. The part number comes up as a $10 battery cable online.

What is your question? A bad deal is not a legal issue. If the document is incorrect, ask for a correction (though you didn't say whether or not you were aware of the part/service and authorized it). Repost and ask a question.
