Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I purchased a time share in the Bahamas in 2005, I was told recently that the contract had to be signed by me and my wife to be legal. Since she did not sign is the contract still legal.

No one here has your contract to read it, and it appears you are asking Georgia lawyers about a contract in the Bahamas.

Since no one here has read the contract or knows its terms, and additionally issues of Bahamian law may come into play, no answer is possible here. At the very least a lawyer would need to read a contract to know its validity.
However, assuming the language is otherwise okay, since you signed it, obviously you are bound by what youy signed. Since your wife did not, presumably she is not.
