Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Purchased a new truck from a dealer and a $500 rebate was offered. We signed the contract and a week or so later they called and informed me that I didn't qualify for the rebate and that they wanted their money. Is this a breach of contract?

None of us have read your paperwork but every rebate I have ever seen at a car dealer involves you filling in a form that APPLIES for it and says you will receive it if you qualify. Perhaps you are the rare exception, but if your paperwork contains that (and it almost certainly does), the answer is no.
