Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I purchased a truck last year 2011,,I was told they would replace my rear bumber on it,,due to a bad dent in it when I purchased it,,I have a written agreement from them, they would replace it. Now 10 months later, they still have not, and Im being told it was back ordered.
Now its hard to have someone contact me back. Should I file a small claims against them or get an attorney involved. Getting very tired of this, Please advise.

The cost of a lawyer would likely be more than the cost of a bumper so this would be a perfect case for you to bring yourself in Magistrates Court, which handles small claims.
