Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
What should I do?
I purchased a T.V. in October and we did a C.O.D We were quoted a price to pay at delivery. We recieved a phone cal to confirm the delivery and price. The customer service gave us a different price than we were expected to payand it was a whole lot less. The delivery guy came and we were required to pay what's on the delivery ticket. We did and a month later they called and demanding us to for full price or what we were qouted from the begining.

Re: What should I do?
You failed to mention what the written agreements stated. You should not enter into such transactions without getting the terms in writing so both parties know the specific terms and can rely on them in a dispute such as the one you are in. Now it is a he said/she said, perhaps with neither party having anything in writing. In this case, it apears as though both sides initially agreed on a price. That is the place to start. Beyond that, you can try to negotiate and explain, but from your post you agreed on the initial price. How it went from there, we do not know.
