Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I purchased a used vehicle and an extended warranty. it has been just under 4 months and the vehicle has a transmission problem. I gave them my warranty information but they told me i have no warranty.I have a contract that says I did purchase it with the vehicle. after looking into it, I found out that that the dealership and or warranty company cancelled it because they don't cover my vehicle. I had no knowledge of this or any notification. They refunded the cost of the warranty and took it off the purchase contract. I had no knowledge of all this until trying to get the truck fixed. How can I get them to honor that agreement and fix the truck.

Whether you do or do not have coverage and what rights you have depends on the exact wording of the contract. You need to show it to a lawyer.
