Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

I purchased a vehicle February 2009, in April of 2009 the transmission on the vehicle stopped working. The dealership then traded that vehicle for a Lexus RX 300, in October of 2009 the transmission on the Lexus RX 300 stopped working with no forewarning. I would like to know is there any legal action that can be taken that would prevent me from having to pay these costly repairs?

We do know know the terms of the sale and your contract, and you did not tell us. Read your paperwork. Does it say there was a warranty? Further, you did not even tell us whether they were used cars, or new. "Legal action" is not taken or recommended without these details, at a minimum.
