Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Purchasing a Vehicle
I recently signed a contract to purchase a vehicle (September 6, 2007). After I received the vehicle, I read the contract(dumb I know), now I'm seeing that even though they asked $9,000 for the vehicle, they have placed in the contract that I am to pay them $17,000, even though kelly's blue book states that the vehicle is only worth $7,500 in excellent condition, and this vehicle is not in excellent condition. I would like to know if I am legally entitled to my money back if I return the vehicle now. I have also made the first month's payment.

Once you sign, it's yours. Whether it's a bad deal is irrelevant to that.
