Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
We put a $3000 check for deposit on new boat, they cashed check on Monday. Boat was suppose to be ready Thursday, but they don't know when it will be ready due to waiting for finance company. States were approved but have to wait on bank. We left our used boat to trade in, can we cancel and get our boat back and deposit back?
