Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

I was never given a receipt at the point of sale and later found I was overcharged. a police report was filed as well as complaints to Consumer Protection, BBB, and the third party fraud department of T-mobile. I still don't have a receipt of the transaction and I would like the money that was stolen to be returned. Can i sue T-Mobile for the fraudulent actions of their representative?

You provide no information other than your belief you were overcharged. T-Mobile would likely have provided you with account documents. Did you ask? If you want to sue (and pay filing fees and lawyer fees), see a lawyer to discuss details.
