Right to recend law
Is the right to recend law valid for rental/lease agreements and is it to be within the 5 days

There is no general "right to rescind," "cooling off period" or "three/five day rule" for signing a contract, as most people seem to believe. There are a very, very few exceptions - health club contracts, door-to-doors salesmen... of when it there is a right provided in the contract. For hust about everything else, it is valid the second it is signed. Generally, that goes for leases.
