Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I recently had lunch at a Restaurant that supposed to be serving Halal items. I ordered chicken curry that day and found out the meat was not Halal and Im Muslim. Is there any legal action that can be taken

You can certainly contact the state dept. of agriculture, Georgia office of consumer affairs and county health department, all of which may sanction the restaurant.
I don't know of any successful legal action in Georgia on such a case, but in Detroit, the courts there have dealt with multiple cases of this type. Do some Google research to find the lawyer that handled those cases (they were in the news) and see if he feels you have legal options. Since state laws and facts differ, I can't tell you, but that is your starting point.
