Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I recently ordered (and put a deposit) on a Motorhome from a GA dealer. The Motorhome was ordered from the manufacturer in Alabama. The coach is finished and ready to ship. We find that our plans to purchase the coach have changed for financial reasons and want to cancel the purchase thru the dealer. We understand that our deposits is non-refundable. What are the consumer laws for cancel king out of a contract like this in GA?

I assume you read the contract (and we have not). The answer is in the contract.
There is no right under Georgia law to cancel the contract. Your rights are solely determined by the contract. Most contracts not only cause you to lose the deposit, but also make you liable to pay the total. Since we haven't read it, no one here can tell you that.
