Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I recently sold my car, and I was wondering if the purchaser does not register the car in his name and receive a new title with his name on it, am I liable if anything happens? I signed the back of the title as the Seller and I have a Bill of Sale. Thanks.

You could be. The right well to sell a car was for you to go with him straight to the tag office with the paperwork.
