Refund
i paid a deposit for plumbing work that after two and a half months still have not been started. certified letter sent out requesting refund but got no response. what all can i sue this company for.

Your damages would be the deposit, and perhaps the filing fee for Magistrate/Small Claims court (assuming your deposit was under the limit).

Unfortunately, all you can sue for is the amount you paid. If you win, you can also ask for a judgment for the filing fee.
