Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
refund policy
I paid for my girlfriend to get her hair braided. Not even an hour after she left the salon, the braids were falling out of her hair. I called the owner that night and took her back to get them rebraided. The next day they continued to fall out.And in the process of falling out, it pulled some of her real hair out. I went back to the shop and asked for a refund but she said no. what should I do?

Re: refund policy
She, not you, since she was the offended party, should file suit in the small claims court in your county.
