Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I am responding about statement an immigrant made to me on the job ( I am U.S. citizen) about English Language wants know if its a violation of code of conduct on the job.
For example, The immigrant stated "that what wrong with English people in America they they know everything.
I responded to the above statement by saying that English is a higher standard than any other language spoken in country. Is this a reason to be fired and denied unemployment?
