Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

Retail Transaction

I own a small retail store & I sold a customer a outside concrete water fountain for approximately $600 in 10/2008 & the receipt said only the name & price of fountain, no warranty information was specified or refund information on receipt, I only verbally told the customer to not let water freeze in the fountain, because prolonged ice inside fountain could damage it. 3/2009 customer said fountain was damaged, I went to her home & even though it was warm on this day & no ice was present, I could tell the one support piece on the fountain had been exposed to prolonged water freezing around the concrete & had caused the piece to crack, I told her I would replace the support piece for a small charge & she said that was not acceptable & would take me to court. About a week later I received a certified letter from her indicating she was giving me 10 days to rectify the problem per Gwinnet Co., or she had no other option but to take me to court.
