Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

Resently a telemarketer covinced me to try a septic cleaner when it arrived my wife took it to the post office and did a return to sender now they are harrasseing me and threatening me saying they never recieved it and that a letter inside the box said how I was to send it back.I never opened it.What can I do
