Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
What are my rights if a download was added to my phone by/from Google automatically. It has been 3 weeks now and my phone has not work since, ie: can not access call log, app store, youtube and a lot more of my applications. I can not dial so basically my phone is almost useless. I have spoken with Google support and troubleshoot for 2 weeks doing everything they asked and nothing has worked. At his point I need to know where do I stay with them either replacing my phone or compensating me for my loss.

We are not tech support, but most phones have a method of re-setting them back to the factory settings and starting over.
