The cost of the item, via the manager or customer service telephone number. I hope you don't seriously believe this is a winning lottery ticket, especially using such meaningless terms like "consumer discrimination." This is not a legal issue - it is a customer service issue.

There is no such thing as consumer discrimination. If you sue for that, you can expect Wal-Mart to claim damages against you for frivolous litigation.

At best you have a claim for the cost of the item (some items are not returnable), and you do not hav e a legal problem. If your problem went unresolved at the customer service desk, you ask for the store manager or call the regional or national office of Wal-Mart.
