Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I signed up for a class online for my son and paid in full at the time. I get an email from owner saying he is not old enough for the class ( by less than a month) and he cannot be in the class. She offer a different class for his age but I do not want that one. They have a policy no refunds and will not give my money back ( for a class they wont let him take - which I am fine with). Is there a term for this because there really isnt a binding contract because they didnt allow him in the class so how can a no refund policy hold up? My credit card company took it back out of my acct because they provided proof off my signature on a fall 2015 regestration form saying i agree to no refunds ( but that was for a class he did take and im disputing a 2016 class that they didnt allow). And the reason i signed up for this one is because my friend and i asked the teacher if we can since both our boys will be the correct age less than a month from the beginning class date. She said she didnt think there would be any issues with that.

You left out the part that ypu already have and we have not seen that answers your question. What does the registration form and other materials say about age? (what the teacher said likely is irrelevant if it contradicts the paperwork)
