Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

I signed a contract for a used car on yesterday. Now re-looking over financial agreement, the car started out as $6900 is now over $14000. Is possible to rescind this contract? I live in GA, Gwinnett County.

Generally, no. The time to read the contract is before signing.

I hate to tell you but you have to read contracts before you sign. Your choice not to do is your fault and there are no do-overs in law. You spent $7100 on a very expensive lesson in life. NEVER sign something before you read and understand it. Contracts can never be rescinded unless they contain language which allows that, and very few contracts do (one exception is CarMax which I believe does do a 3 day money back guarantee, but they are an unusual exception).

Rule number two on buying cars: car salesman and finance managers commonly lie and mislead people figuring most people won't read the paperwork.
