Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Signed a contract with dealership for extended warranty on my car. dealership gave me 60 days to cancel tried to cancel five days later dealer has refused. . hi told him i found the same deal half price. he told me to bring him the contract deal he would match it. i faxed him acopy and gave him acopy in his hand and now they refuse to talk with me and refused my phone calls we have contacted the toyota dealer ship ,the toyota corp office, in california governors office of consumer affairs. state attorneys generals office, the bbb with no success. the sixty days is for full refund . the contract can be cancled any tme but afgter 60 dayswill be pro rated.

You omitted the one fact that matters. If the contract did allow recission, did you do it in the manner specified in the contract?
