Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I sold someone some extra flooring I had based on the fact that it would fit in the area according to the measurements I was given. Apparently her husband measured it too short because now she is trying to get her money back because it's 3 inches too short (and that part could go inside a closet). Do I have to give her the money back?

Since you didn't post what your written contract with her says, there is no way anyone here can answer you.
