Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I was sold a vehicle without the title. Upon requesting a title bond, I was informed there was a lien on the vehicle. The person that sold me the vehicle insists that there is no lien and refuses to give me my money back. Do I have any recourse?

Yes, you take them to court and sue them. If the amount is very large, get a lawyer. If the amount is under $15,000 you can file in small claims court (Magistrates Court).
