i sold a vehicle as is no warrentie or gurantee, after selling the car , the buyer calls me ask if it would pass emissions, since my county does not require emissions i had no clue, now the buyer is threatens to take me to court s

because it does not pass emissions and he want his money back,, so my question is would he have a case against me
