Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
What is the statute of limitations for suing a business in GA? Is it better to sue to mechanic or the business? The mechanic is the business owner. A mechanic broke my windshield September last year and says he does not have the money to pay for it after initially saying it would take a few weeks for him to get me the money to replace it.

You don't just choose who to sue. It depends on who you contracted with and how the business is set up. You're within the statute now.
