Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
There's a store refuse to give my $200 deposit back and it's been months. They have different excuses said that the money is for purchasing the photos, but it's a lie. I did get a photo and DVD but they are all Groupon deal, that I already paid for before I walked in the store. I have the receipt that said it's only for deposit. I went to their pages and it seems that there are some people that has the same problem.

Nothing in your post tells us why you feel you are due a refund of your deposit, or more specifically, what does your written contract (or the ad, etc) exactly say. No one can possibly advise you without that information. A receipt that says $200 deposit does not tell us whether or not it is refundable, or even what exactly it's for, and you didn't tell us either. In your reply to this post, please give us those details.
