Do I have a right to the stores transaction receipt made on my debit card fraudulently? I have filed the dispute with the card company but would like the receipt for further investigation

You may have a right to get a charge back, depending on your debit card agreement and other facts you left out. The debt card issuer may then investigate and perhaps prosecute. You get the money - let them investigate.
