subpoenas
if I am required to be a witness in a court proceeding in which ways may I be notified of the requirement? also, what amount of notice would be given to me of this requirement?
I have been told by a the defendant in a case I am required to attend a trial begining on this Friday (now Tuesday) and have not yet been served and have not made arrangements to be off work.
